PierPointeLife.com is an immersive interative Flash site that allows users to explore the upcoming coastal community of Pier Pointe.
Visitors can view 3D virtual tours of the community, browse
floor plans, and even see what the view looks like from some of the homes. The crown jewel is the interactive floor plan viewer,
which lets users select floor plans by navigating exploded views of the project's buildings.
ActiveQuest also worked with Lennar Urban (developers of the Pier Pointe project) to create an immersive sales office experience
for Pier Pointe, which included an HD video virtual tour, touch-screen kiosks, and a DVD mailer. |

ActiveQuest built from the ground up a real-time interactive online property search tool for real estate agents in the Valencia area.
This feature, called the Valencia Broker Program, allows agents to sign in and view interactive real-time maps of local new home
communities. There they can see which properties are available in each new home community, and get detailed information like floor
plans and virtual tours.
The Valencia Broker Program utilizes database-driven Flash to offer real-time updated maps, with easy-
to-use back-end switches for updating property availability. |
